Job Description

Retail Domain Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in retail systems, ERP platforms, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Data & Integration Platform team, leading offshore DevOps and L3 support operations while driving innovation and efficiency across data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications -
10+ years of experience in Retail domain with strong understanding of retail operations.
Hands-on ERP knowledge.
Strong Data Engineering expertise with proficiency in Databricks, Spark, and SQL.
Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration best practices.
Proven leadership experience managing offshore DevOps and L3 support teams.
Experience working with Product Managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Agile/Scrum knowledge with practical experience in sprint planning and execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and product teams.
