Job Role: Domain Architect - Mulesoft

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role will focus on driving API-led connectivity, ensuring secure and scalable integrations, particularly within our HRIS landscape (e.g., SuccessFactors), and mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design, development, and deployment of complex MuleSoft integration solutions (Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity).
Define and enforce API-led connectivity principles, best practices, and integration roadmaps.
Develop detailed technical designs and blueprints.
Hands-on development with Mule 3.x and 4.x, DataWeave, and MUnit tests.
Manage API design (RAML/OAS), API management, and Runtime Manager on Anypoint Platform.
Implement CI/CD pipelines (Maven/Jenkins), MUnit, and source control (GIT).
Architect and implement solutions leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for MuleSoft deployments.
Ensure API security, performance, and network considerations are met.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and participate in project requirement meetings.
Apply strong functional knowledge of HR processes and integration experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
Perform solution design, code, performance, and security reviews.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years in integration development, with 5+ years hands-on with MuleSoft.
MuleSoft Certified Developer Level - 1 (MCD Level 1).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
MCD Level 2 and/or MCIA certification.
Java background.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure relevant to integrations.
