Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DocuSign CLM Developer to lead and support the design, development, and implementation of DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in DocuSign CLM template creation, data mapping, workflow configuration, and end-to end integration with enterprise systems such as Salesforce. You will play a key role in streamlining contract processes, enabling automated and compliant contract generation, negotiation, approval, and execution workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign CLM templates, including advanced clause logic and conditional content.
- Define and implement data models and mapping strategies between DocuSign CLM and external systems.
- Configure workflow automation, approval rules, routing, and business logic within DocuSign CLM.
- Lead and contribute to the implementation and deployment of DocuSign CLM solutions across various business units.
- Integrate DocuSign CLM with platforms such as Salesforce or custom APIs for seamless contract data flow.
- Support end users and business stakeholders through training, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to templates, data, workflow, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with data security, legal, and audit requirements during contract automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, legal, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable DocuSign CLM solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- DocuSign CLM certification(s)
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
