Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on DocuSign CLM platform
  • Engage directly with clients to gather and understand business and technical requirements
  • Configure, customize, and enhance DocuSign CLM solutions based on client needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Support continuous improvement through enhancements and platform optimization
  • Maintain knowledge management documentation to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
  • Ensure adherence to Infosys delivery standards, governance policies, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution
