Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation Specialist based in Gandhidham. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing various types of documentation, including technical, clinical, and operational documentation. Daily responsibilities include reviewing, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of records, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop clear documentation standards, and maintaining compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clinical Documentation and expertise in general Documentation practices
• Knowledge of Technical Documentation and Technical Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and ensuring the accuracy of information
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional settings
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and related software is a plus
• Prior experience in the logistics, shipping, or freight industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Technical Writing, or a related field is preferred
