Role Description
- Handling the end-to-end Australian migration process including CV analysis, eligibility assessment based on points test and migration criteria, identification of the most suitable ANZSCO nominated occupation, and selection of the appropriate skills assessment authority.
- Responsible for preparing and filing skills assessment applications with authorities such as ANMAC, VETASSESS, ACS, Engineers Australia, AITSL, APC, CPA Australia, CA, ANZ, IPA, TRA, AHPRA, and other relevant assessing bodies.
- Managing Expression of Interest (EOI) filing through Skill Select for visa subclasses 189 (Skilled Independent), 190 (Skilled Nominated), and 491 (Skilled Work Regional), checking state and territory eligibility criteria and occupation lists, and coordinating state nomination applications.
- Handling final visa processing including skilled PR visas, employer-sponsored visas (such as 482, 186, 494), and other Australian visa categories, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with Home Affairs requirements, and providing continuous client support throughout the migration process.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or within the consultancy field is preferred
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay updated on relevant immigration laws and policies
- A bachelor's degree is desirable
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
