About the Role:

Provide administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth operations. This role manages records, reports, and administrative compliance across the organization.

Key Positions Within This Opening:

Incharge Documentation / Accounts Officer (2 positions) – Graduate/BE, 2-6 years

Documentation Officer (1 position) – Graduate, 0-2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize documentation systems
  • Prepare certificates, test reports, and quality documents
  • Handle accounts, invoicing, and financial records
  • Maintain statutory compliance documentation
  • Organize and archive company records
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks
  • Prepare management reports and summaries
  • Coordinate between departments for document flow
  • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
  • Handle customer correspondence and documentation

Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate (B.A/B.Com) or BE/B.Tech

Experience: 0-6 years

Skills: Documentation, MS Office, data entry, attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounting/Finance background for AO position
  • SAP experience
  • Quality system certifications knowledge
  • Manufacturing industry exposure
