Its services cover counseling, application support, and documentation assistance to help learners navigate complex admission processes.
Role Description The Documentation Manager (Study Abroad) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing all documentation processes related to student applications. This position manages the collection, verification, and organization of academic, financial, and identity documents required by universities, colleges, and visa authorities. The Documentation Manager will coordinate with counselors, students, and parents to ensure that application forms, supporting documents, and submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with institutional and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include maintaining document databases, tracking deadlines, preparing standardized templates, and communicating clearly with stakeholders about documentation status and next steps. The role also involves updating documentation procedures in line with changing international admission and visa guidelines and supporting continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Documentation and Document Management, with the ability to organize, track, and maintain large volumes of student records accurately.
- Experience in Technical Documentation and Technical Writing, including preparing clear, structured forms, checklists, guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain documentation requirements, timelines, and processes to students, families, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong analytical skills for reviewing and verifying academic and financial documents.
- Familiarity with international study abroad processes, admission requirements, and basic visa documentation for major destination countries.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and document management software; comfort working with spreadsheets and shared drives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Kochi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in study abroad consulting, admissions, or educational documentation management is preferred.
