Documentation Engineer / Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise documentation that helps developers integrate and build with our C1 API and SDKs.
• Create tutorials, guides, changelogs, and reference docs that support real-world use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate technical features into developer-friendly content.
• Contribute to blog posts, product announcements, and community updates that reflect our voice and depth.
• Maintain a consistent structure and tone across documentation and technical content.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience writing deep technical content for developer tools, APIs, or platforms and producing related demos, write-ups etc.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Familiarity with Markdown, Git, and developer documentation workflows
• Bonus: Experience with frontend technologies or writing for AI/ML tools
