Key Responsibilities

Claims Processing

• Receive, review, and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Verify claim documents for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, hospitals, or other stakeholders to obtain required documentation.
• Track claim status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve claim-related queries and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the system and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.

Policy Renewal

• Monitor policies approaching renewal and proactively contact customers before expiry.
• Generate and share renewal quotations with customers.
• Explain policy features, coverage, exclusions, and premium changes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals.
• Process renewal requests accurately and issue renewed policies within the defined turnaround time.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for policy issuance, endorsements, and corrections.
