This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a methodical approach to work. No prior experience in law, document management, or AI is required — just a reliable internet connection and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
- Read and annotate a wide variety of documents — including articles, reports, forms, and structured data files
- Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
- Identify entities, dates, relationships, and other meaningful elements within text
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
- Maintain high accuracy and quality standards across large document sets
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and the ability to process diverse document types
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, thorough approach to tasks
- Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them consistently
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No legal, document management, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in research, data entry, editing, or administrative work
- Experience with information extraction, categorization, or content analysis
- Familiarity with annotation tools or document management platforms
