Hiring: Document Processing Specialist – Confirmations

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for candidates to join a Legal Response Operations – Confirmations team supporting audit and document confirmation activities for institutional and non-institutional clients.

Key Skills

• Audit Confirmations / Document Processing
• Banking / Financial Services knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of OTC, Treasury, Loans & Global Markets is an added advantage
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy & quality mindset
• Good analytical, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Commerce / Finance / Accounting graduates preferred
• Legal / audit-related experience is an added advantage

Role Responsibilities

• Process and index audit confirmation documents
• Handle confirmation requests and related documentation
• Support audit filings for institutional and non-institutional clients
• Review information accurately and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, accounting firms and global stakeholders
• Escalate issues and ensure timely completion within SLAs
• Maintain strong quality and control standards

Shift Details

Current shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Other shifts may be applicable based on business requirements:

• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

US Calendar & US holidays will be followed.

During January–April, candidates should be flexible to work additional hours / Saturdays based on business requirements. Any additional day-off or shift allowance will depend on the applicable business requirements and policies.
