Key Responsibilities
- Complete Level 3 departmental reading assignments (all procedures).
- Support and maintain project distribution lists.
- Coordinate with project teams on technical and document control-related matters.
- Participate in project meetings as required.
- Share ideas for process improvements within the department.
- Perform quality checks on project records under guidance from senior document control staff.
- Execute data entry and typing tasks at a proficient level.
- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff under supervision.
- Deliver internal communication and customer service as directed.
- Assist in training users on company EDMS (ProjectWise).
- Independently manage work assignments with moderate supervision.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Contribute as a supportive, team-driven professional.
Required Skills
- 24 years of experience in data coordination or BIM.
- Hands-on experience working with ProjectWise.
- Experience in railway or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with major CAD design tools (e.g., MicroStation, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
