Document Management Lead:

The responsibilities of the Document Management Lead include, but are not limited to:

Mastery:

  • Designs and improves standard Document Control processes in Capital Projects.
  • Defines or contributes to development of functional requirements for document standard control applications.
  • Defines or contributes to development of standard Performance Metrics to track and manage information maturity, document control team performance.

Skill:

  • Expertise on asset information management experience in oil and gas industry
  • Understanding and documenting work processes, organizing meetings with stakeholders
  • Hands on technical experience in relation to document control and DMS enhancement / improvement activities.
  • POC development and experience in UAT.
  • Lead the project document control activities.
  • Preparation of Document Control Processes such as Numbering Specification, Review-Approval Procedure, Document Distribution Matrix, Quality Checklist, etc.
  • Managing resources for project execution.
  • Weekly/monthly project status reporting.
  • Communicating with Engineering team, DC's, Site team and Various EPC's to address the queries on priority basis to ensure the smooth flow of documentation.
  • Review MDR/VDR.
  • Training the team in Document Control, Redline system and DMS processes, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
