We are hiring for the position of
Document Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documents in EDMS, ensuring proper document numbering and filing.
- Maintain Master Document Register (MDR) and track document revisions and status.
- Prepare and submit documents to client and stakeholders through transmittals.
- Ensure proper revision control and distribute latest approved documents to project team.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for document submission, review, and approval.
- Archive superseded documents and maintain As-built and final project documentation.
- Supporting to PD's, Experts and DB HQ.
- Graduate
- More than 2 years of Work Experience in silimar position.
