Job Description

  • Architect, design, and implement Oracle Documaker-based CCM solutions to streamline document generation processes.
  • Lead the migration and integration of Oracle Documaker with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, policy admin, billing, etc.).
  • Develop and enhance Documaker templates, workflows, business rules, and automation scripts.
  • Optimize document generation performance and scalability while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, best practices, and mentorship to development teams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to translate business requirements into robust document automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Documaker-related issues.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of the Documaker platform.
  • Stay updated with emerging CCM technologies and Oracle Documaker advancements to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) with a strong focus on Oracle Documaker.
  • Expertise in Documaker Studio, Documaker Workbench, and Documaker Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Documaker ADF, IDS, and PDL components.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise document workflows, composition, and automation.
  • Experience integrating Documaker with core business applications (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, CRM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SQL, Java, or .NET technologies.
  • Experience with database management (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Documaker certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based CCM solutions and migration strategies.
  • Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and RESTful web services for CCM integrations.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in industries such as Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare.
