About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and proactive MBBS graduates to join as Doctors for Care Management, supporting migraine patients through lifestyle guidance, patient engagement, and wellness coaching. The role involves working closely with patients to improve preventive migraine management through better habits, communication, and follow-up support.

The selected candidate will be trained by professional neurologists and gynaecologists from the team to understand migraine care, preventive approaches, and patient support systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient follow-ups and wellness check-ins
• Help patients understand migraine triggers and preventive practices
• Support patients with habit tracking and wellness routines
• Assist in answering patient queries and FAQs

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS graduates
• 1.5 – 4 years of experience in medical care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Open only for applicants currently based in Bangalore

Preferred Skills

• Experience in patient counselling or healthcare coordination
• Understanding of migraine or lifestyle-related health conditions
• Ability to manage patient interactions independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to grasp new concepts and workflows

Duration

• 6–12 month contract duration based on performance and organizational requirements
• Long-term opportunities and continued association will be discussed based on performance and role fit
