We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Physician to provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services in one of our Mainstreer clinic . The role involves delivering accessible medical care, promoting preventive health initiatives, managing chronic conditions, and enhancing community well-being through patient-centered healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient consultation and general medical care for residents of gated communities.
- Conduct preventive health check-ups and routine screenings.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Offer lifestyle counseling related to nutrition, exercise, stress management, and preventive care.
- Coordinate wellness programs, vaccination drives, and health awareness sessions.
- Monitor and manage lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and obesity.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and follow-up plans.
- Refer patients to specialists, diagnostic centers, or hospitals when required.
- Provide first-line emergency and urgent medical care when necessary.
- Collaborate with community management teams to organize healthcare initiatives and camps.
- Promote continuity of care through regular follow-ups and family medicine practices.
