We are looking for a highly driven healthcare business professional who can build strong doctor networks, onboard quality consultants, and drive revenue across centers.
This role is for someone who understands the Hyderabad healthcare market, can build relationships with doctors quickly, and knows how to convert networks into business growth.
## Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage DRM teams across centers.
* Identify and onboard high-potential consultants and visiting doctors.
* Build strong referral relationships with gynecologists, pediatricians, IVF specialists, physicians, and clinics.
* Drive business for maternity, fertility, pediatrics, and allied specialties through doctor and local marketing channels.
* Work closely with Center Heads to improve referrals, consultant productivity, and center growth.
* Lead doctor engagement activities including CMEs, meets, outreach programs, and partnerships.
* Track market movement, competition, and new business opportunities.
## What We Expect
* Strong healthcare network in Hyderabad.
* Ability to open doors and build doctor relationships independently.
* Team handling experience preferred.
* Ownership mindset with strong execution focus.
* Comfortable working on aggressive growth targets.
* 10+ years experience in hospital business development / doctor relations preferred.
