Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe medications as per GLP program protocols and clinical guidelines
• Handle and resolve patient escalations in a timely and empathetic manner
• Conduct regular follow-up consultations via calls to monitor patient progress
• Titrate medications appropriately based on patient response, reports, and clinical judgment
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, and fitness experts for holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, protocols, and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS (mandatory)
• Preference for candidates with experience or specialization in Endocrinology / Diabetology
• Freshers with a strong interest in lifestyle disease management and GLP-based
• therapies can also apply
• Doctors interested in building a career in digital healthcare / lifestyle disease
• management
• Experience in teleconsultation or remote patient management is a plus

Skills Required

• Strong clinical knowledge in diabetes, obesity, and metabolic disorders
• Good communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
• Empathy and patient-first approach
• Decision-making skills for medication titration and escalation management
