Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Physiotherapist at Medanta in Gurgaon. The Home Care Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
- Experience in developing personalized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Empathy and compassion towards patients
- Valid Physiotherapy license
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
