Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Doctor, based in Bengaluru. The Doctor will provide high-quality medical care, including patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, offering specialized medical guidance, collaborating with the care coordination team, and ensuring patient satisfaction. The role also involves participating in corporate health programs, providing recommendations for preventive care, and supporting patient education to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting patient consultations, creating treatment plans, and diagnosing medical conditions effectively
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and conduct counseling
  • Capability to collaborate with healthcare teams, including nursing staff and care coordinators, to provide seamless care
  • Knowledge in preventive healthcare, health screenings, and wellness program delivery
  • Active medical license in India and relevant certifications for practicing medicine
  • Organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate patient records and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, ethical practices, and professional conduct standards in clinical settings
  • Experience in corporate or community health programs is a plus
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English, with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse patient groups
