Supporting Actions

Design tools, dies & Child Part: -

• Creates designs for tube processing Tools/dies, jigs, fixtures, molds (where applicable).
• Creates child parts drawing of Cycle component, like Frame/Fork/Handlebar & RIM
• Maintain BOM

Collaboration and Coordination: -

• Work closely with R&D team, quality engineers, Process Engineers and manufacturing team etc to ensure seamless production flow, Tooling trials & timely delivery of parts.

Training & Knowledge: -

• End-to-end exposure: concept → design → detailing → manufacturing support → trials
• Good Experience of Designing software CATIA/ SolidWorks, AutoCAD

People Development & Audit

• . Should have good knowledge of Audit System related to designing field

Project activities

• . Detailed child part design
• . Engineering calculation & Simulation
• . Assembly design review & documentations etc
