We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our DuckCreek-based Distribution Management System. You will define the architecture, integrations, and workflows to deliver scalable, maintainable, and efficient DMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end DMS solutions on DuckCreek, including modules, data models, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements (agent onboarding, commissions, reporting) into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and enforce best practices.
- Ensure smooth integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, DuckCreek modules).
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing systems; maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 510 years of experience with DuckCreek modules (DMS, Policy, Billing, Claims).
- Strong understanding of insurance distribution workflows and processes.
- Expertise in system architecture, integrations, SQL, .NET/C#, and web services.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience across multiple DuckCreek modules.
- Familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
