About The Role
We are urgently looking for a
DME (Data Management Executive) for our
Hosur Unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Business Central (preferred) or any other ERP software, along with strong working knowledge of
Business Works and
Excel. This role will support daily operations through accurate data management, reporting, and system coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data within Business Central or other ERP systems
- Handle day-to-day data entry, validation, and updates related to operations
- Work on Business Works for operational and reporting activities
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, stores, production) for data requirements
- Support audits, reconciliations, and system checks when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Business Central (mandatory/preferred)
- Exposure to any other ERP software will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Business Works
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, basic reports)
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in an operational environment
- Basic understanding of business processes (purchase, sales, inventory, accounts preferred)
