Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DME AR (PA and SPA) position at Eminence Healthcare Services in Patiala. The primary responsibilities include managing the durable medical equipment billing process, monitoring accounts receivable, credit control, generating invoices, and ensuring compliance with all billing guidelines. The candidate will be expected to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and optimize the billing workflow to maximize efficiency.

• Strong understanding of the billing process and hands-on experience in DME billing tasks.
• Proficiency in credit control and invoicing to ensure accurate billing operations.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data and address potential challenges in billing and collections.
• Knowledge of finance principles relevant to managing accounts receivable and revenue collection.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
• Familiarity with medical coding guidelines and documentation requirements is a plus.
• Experience working with Medicaid and commercial insurance plans is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with billing software and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
