Detailed Job Profile
1. Zero Customer Complaint

Drive 8D analysis and ensure quick corrective & preventive actions
Implement strong issue tracking and closure management
Focus on root cause elimination and recurrence prevention
2. Standard Room Management
Maintain and control:
Quality standards
Specifications
SOPs, drawings, manuals, and work instructions
Ensure latest document revisions are available at all points of use
Remove obsolete documents from circulation; Control document versioning and change management effectively
Knoweldge of CMM/VMM
3. Quality Documentation Control
Issue, retrieve, and archive documents as per Document Control Procedures
Maintain Master List of Documents
Support creation and updating of:
SOPs
Quality Manuals
Control Plans
Inspection Standards
Process Flow Diagrams
4. Compliance & Standards
Implement and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS)
Conduct internal audits as per plan

Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as:
ISO 9001
IATF 16949 (Automotive)
ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (if applicable)
Support implementation of customer-specific requirements (CSR)
Ensure shop floor adherence to approved standards and procedures
