a.Years of experience desired- 4-9 yrs.
b.Nature of work experience-Business development, Operations management, Leading small units
c.Any industry preference-Preferably from automobile industry
Institute of Driving & Traffic Research (IDTR) is Public Private Partnership (PPP) model between State Governments and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
Objective of IDTR is to promote road safety & safe driving through quality training and carry out road safety research activities.
IDTRs have scientifically designed test tracks, driving simulators and a well-defined curriculum to conduct learner, refresher, and evaluation courses for both new & experienced drivers
Currently MSIL is managing 8 nos IDTRs across India. MSIL role is to manage the operations in a self-sustainable mode with compliance & controls for which one person represents IDTR as unit head at respective location.
His job comprises of running IDTR financially sustainable model, liaison with Transport Dept. of respective state and managing controls & compliance.

3.Vendor Management & Vendor Development: Identification / Monitoring of vendors for day-to-day activities as well as special projects
5.Financial Planning & Controls
Knowledge of financials controls and compliances, P&L review, Financial planning and sustainability of operations. Ensure all requisite legal and statutory compliances
6.Review and Monitoring of Training Content
