Responsibilities:
Data analysis
Monitoring of sales practices risk of all channels
Review of Branch offices, as per plan
Supporting the Supervisor in Advisory to stakeholders on interpretation of IRDAI regulations, circulars etc.
Monitoring of implementation of regulatory guidelines and Review of effectiveness of controls established for implementation of regulatory guideline
Interface and connect with Industry
Investigations and Initiating disciplinary action against erring employees along with HR
Monitoring and testing of controls /processes
Thematic reviews of Sales processes as per plan
