Job Description

Education Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent

Experience - 4 to 9Yrs

Gather business requirements and conduct feasibility studies for digital initiatives.

Lead and manage digitalization projects including automation, visualization, and cloud-based solutions.

Manage stakeholder and internal team based on business requirements

Perform project viability analysis including cost-benefit, ROI, and risk assessments.

Analyze structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for solution implementation.

Track project progress using tools like JIRA or equivalent.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Strong project management skills: planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel) and automation techniques.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in Agile environments, takes ownership of tasks, self-driven and adapt to business needs.

Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or process-based industries.

Expertise in project viability analysis including ROI, cost-benefit, and risk assessment.

Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
