Role Overview:
The Deputy Manager HR Analytics will be responsible for managing HR data, developing MIS reports, and providing analytical insights to support strategic HR decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate HR databases, developing organizational charts, and analyzing workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR MIS & Reporting
- Manage and maintain HR MIS dashboards and periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of HR data and reports.
- Develop automated reporting formats to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide HR metrics and reports for leadership review and business planning.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze HR data related to headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, performance, and other workforce metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within HR data.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support predictive analytics initiatives to improve workforce planning and retention strategies.
Organization Charting & Workforce Structure
- Maintain and regularly update organization charts across departments.
- Monitor reporting structures and workforce hierarchy changes.
- Support leadership in evaluating organizational structure effectiveness and span of control.
Data Governance & Accuracy
- Ensure HR data integrity across systems and reports.
- Maintain standardized data definitions and reporting structures.
- Coordinate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams to ensure consistent data capture.
HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Work with HRIS or ERP systems to extract and analyze workforce data.
- Identify opportunities for improving HR reporting processes and tools.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within HR.
Key Deliverables:

- Data-driven insights to support HR strategy
Qualifications & Experience:
- 47 years of experience in HR analytics, HR MIS, or workforce analytics
- Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting tools
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
- Experience with HR dashboards and MIS reporting
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in predictive analytics and workforce planning
- Knowledge of HR metrics and KPI frameworks
- Exposure to automation tools and advanced analytics
