lead DLP related discussions, meeting, and other coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
Develop & obtain client approval on DLP plan, spare plan, tools & test equipment plan, training plans, training manuals, O&M manuals, ToT plan, SOM plan etc any other plan or document deemed required.
Read & interpret DLP scope & ensure to get it implemented.
Maintain records of reported failures, maintenance logs & report on daily failure activities and maintain all required reports.
Ensure timely closure of reported failure & establish compliance.
Keep records of faulty equipment & implement repair & return process.
Plan & organize training schedule & implement training as per contract requirements
Implement SOM & TOT as per contract requirement in coordination with OEMs & other stakeholders.
Must maintain the required data to establish systems RAMS compliances.
Manage & maintain of DLP spares.
Timely execution of preventive maintenance.
Ensure health and safety policies are compiled while maintenance activities.
Carry out inspections of the faulty equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Ability to evaluate engineering problems in the field, determine whether or not there are feasible solutions and, if so, select and implement the most cost-effective solution.
Shall lead the as build documents & drawings discussion, coordination & approvals.
Comfortable in supporting as situation demands.
Should be able to identify failures & categorize on priority basis.
Report daily & weekly progress to Project Manager.
Experience/Skill Set
B.E/B-Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Minimum 7-8 years work experience in Metro railway Telecommunication systems DLP management.
Telecommunication systems engineering knowledge viz. Gigabit ethernet, SDH, PAS & PIDS, Telephone, Radio, CCTV, Clock, CDRS, Telecom SCADA.
Good understanding & knowledge on testing of Gigabit ethernet, PAS & PIDS, CCTV, Radio systems
Should have good communication skill to handle DLP meetings
Good knowledge about servers, Operating system & configuration
Experience in systems fault troubleshooting.
Should possess a good knowledge about telecom system configuration & frequent failures that occurs.
Should be able to read as built drawings & identify the design implemented at site.
