Department Overview

As a team member, you will provide exceptional support and services to the System and customers in India during the Warranty and Maintenance Agreements signed. You can work with a talented and passionate group of professionals dedicated to making a difference in your job.


Job Description

As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to System Customers in India. This will include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving problems, and ensuring our customers satisfaction with their experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular reports to management. This challenging role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation.


Basic Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, along with at least Seven years of relevant experience in field support or customer service. You should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks and experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
