DLP Operations Leadership
- Lead day‑to‑day DLP monitoring, investigation, incident response, and escalation activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for DLP operations.
- Drive operational maturity by defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and response timelines.
- Assess risk and determine business impact of data leakage incidents.
- Lead, mentor, and review work of junior DLP analysts.
- Coordinate with SOC, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams during DLP incidents.
- Handle business exceptions, risk acceptance decisions, and policy escalations.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong spoken English with the ability to lead discussions and incident calls.
Endpoint, Cloud,Inline & Email Security
- Hands‑on management of enterprise DLP solutions (e.g. Zscaler, Microsoft Purview DLP, Symantec, Forcepoint)
- Design, create, tune, and optimize DLP policies across: Endpoints, Email, Cloud platforms, and Network channels
- Perform incident triage, investigation, root cause analysis, and false‑positive reduction.
- Knowledge of data discovery and data flow mapping across enterprise environments.
Process, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain DLP SOPs, investigation playbooks, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement of DLP processes, workflows, and automation.
- Produce clear operational and risk reports for leadership.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001,– as applicable)
- Alignment of DLP controls with organizational policies and Procedure
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and management reporting
