Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and client-focused Wealth Manager to join our Wealth Management division at Divitas Capital. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, developing customised investment strategies, and overseeing end-to-end portfolio management. We are looking for someone with strong analytical, communication, and sales skills, who demonstrates a high level of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and expanding relationships with HNI / UHNI businesses.
  • Conducting detailed financial assessments to understand client goals, risk profiles, and liquidity needs.
  • Designing and executing holistic investment strategies across asset classes including equity, debt, alternatives, and structured products.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and proactively recommending adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives.
  • Working closely with research and investment teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting portfolio reviews and investment proposals to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance, documentation, and operational execution across all investment activities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support business development and client onboarding initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFP qualification (advanced certifications preferred), with 3-8 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial advisory. Strong analytical, interpersonal, sales, and presentation skills are essential. The candidate should be a team player, a self-starter, and someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking initiative and delivering results with high ownership.
