Job Title: Division Manager MEP Contracting

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Manager to lead our MEP Contracting Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical systems, combined with proven leadership skills and a track record of driving business growth in the MEP contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and handover of MEP projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to optimize project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in MEP contracting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales, secure contracts, and grow a division.
• Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
