Role Purpose
Lead and scale Purplle's regional channel distribution across North India by driving offline sales growth, expanding and optimizing distribution networks, owning regional P&L, and building high-performing teams across GT and MT channels.
Key Responsibilities:1. Own regional channel distribution strategy, AOPs, and P&L for North India.
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across offline channels.
- Build, scale, and strengthen distribution networks (CFAs, distributors, retail partners).
- Oversee primary & secondary sales, collections, and trade investments.
- Lead geo-expansion, counter additions, and outlet-level productivity.
- Execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotions.
- Develop and lead large, multi-layered sales teams (RSMs, ASMs, SOs, field force).
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure execution excellence.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and corrective action plans to leadership.
Key Skills & Experience
- 1015 years of experience in regional channel distribution / offline sales (FMCG, Beauty, Retail).
- Strong P&L ownership, channel management, and trade marketing expertise.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead multi-state teams.
- Experience across GT, MT, and distributor-led models.
- Strategic, execution-focused leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
