- 8-10 years of experience in NBFC industry with expertise in collections, recovery, collection management, debt management, and recovery management.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks related to debt collection.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient workflow management.
