Project Coordinator – Diversity

We're now looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consulting work.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful organisational change while developing your skills in project delivery, consulting, and stakeholder engagement.
You'll work closely with our Head of Diversity, playing a key role in keeping projects on track, supporting client delivery, and bringing fresh ideas to how we work.
What you'll be doing
Project Coordination & Delivery Support
- Support the coordination of DEI consulting projects from start to finish, helping to keep timelines, milestones and deliverables on track
- Maintain project plans, trackers and documentation across multiple client projects
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and client sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials and managing follow-ups
- Act as a central point of contact for project updates and internal coordination
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as presentations, reports and workshop content
- Support client communications, ensuring timely, clear and professional responses
- Capture key discussion points from meetings and translate them into actionable next steps
Research & Insight
- Carry out research into DEI trends, best practice and benchmarking data
- Support the development of insights, recommendations and client deliverables
- Contribute new ideas and perspectives to enhance the impact of our work
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Identify potential challenges or risks within projects and suggest practical solutions
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working
- Contribute to strengthening the quality and effectiveness of our consulting delivery
Operational Support
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Support internal reporting and tracking of project progress
- Assist with coordinating resources across multiple projects

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Interest in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
- Exposure to consulting, HR, organisational development, or people-focused work is beneficial
