Key Responsibilities
Talent Inclusion & Recruitment Enablement
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to embed inclusive hiring principles and support the development of diverse talent pipelines.
- Drive and maintain structured, biasaware screening, assessment, and interview processes across functions.
- Train and coach hiring managers on equitable evaluation frameworks and inclusive selection practices.
- Collaborate with employer branding and onboarding teams to ensure an inclusive candidate experience endtoend.
DE&I Strategy, Governance & Insights
- Work closely with the DE&I committee to translate organizational inclusion priorities into actionable recruitment and workplace initiatives.
- Analyze hiring and workforce data to identify representation gaps, systemic barriers, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of DE&I programs, awareness sessions, and policy enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, DE&I programs, or related people operations roles.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and experience driving inclusive talent practices.
- Datadriven mindset with handson experience using ATS platforms and workforce metrics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
