Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in the Ganjam district. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding the network of Spice Money Adhikaris, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves frequent travel within the district to meet with Adhikaris, assess market conditions, and identify new business opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for training and supporting the sales team and Adhikaris to effectively deliver Spice Money's suite of services.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology
- Experience in rural markets and working with local communities is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
