Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mangaldai. As a District Sales Manager at Spice Money, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective management of Adhikari partnerships and expanding the company's footprint in the designated district. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing district-level sales strategies, overseeing the recruitment and training of Adhikaris, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and facilitating the delivery of financial and digital services. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing regular market insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales management, strategic planning, and fostering client relationships
- Experience in driving business growth within rural and semi-urban markets
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to execute plans in alignment with company goals and deliver results under deadlines
- Proficiency in financial services or fintech products is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred
