As an Ecolab District Manager-Bev & Brew, select, train, develop and coach a team of sales and service associates to drive profitable growth for the district. What You Will Do:
- Manage a team of individual contributors with an average team size of 10-15 direct reports
- Average assigned sales budget of $5M based on team size, team experience level and market opportunity
- Accountable for achieving district goals including sales, customer retention, growth targets and route model efficiencies through leveraging distributor partners, corporate accounts, cross-divisional partners and headquarters resources
- Own profit and loss for assigned area by managing sales budgets, defining sales territories to direct market growth, growing sales at the projected rate, retaining existing customers and controlling expenses
- Ensure team achieves key sales and service performance metrics and follows established processes and protocols
- Recommend unique programs and solutions to customers by leveraging technology
- Efficiently manage leased equipment to control costs
Position Details:
- Candidate must reside in one of the metro cities
- Territory includes cities in North, South & Western parts of India
Qualifications:
- BE/B Tech in any field (Chemical engg. preferred), MBA preferred
- Combination of minimum 10 years sales and/or leadership experience
- Prior experience managing F&B industry customers preferred
