Role Description
The District Resource Person role is a full-time, on-site position located in Lakhipur. Responsibilities of the role involve managing resources effectively, training team members, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers in selecting suitable financial products while maintaining high standards of professionalism. The role also includes analyzing customer needs, ensuring commitments are met, and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the process.

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns
- Proficiency in Resource Management to oversee tasks and optimize distribution networks
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to deliver quality services
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with financial products such as loans and mortgage services
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
