Main Duties
- Manage routine, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of railway structures within the assigned district.
- Supervise inspections of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, drainage systems, and associated civil infrastructure.
- Ensure defects identified during inspections are prioritized, planned, and rectified within contractual response times.
- Monitor structural condition and maintenance performance to ensure asset integrity and operational safety.
- Coordinate specialist inspections and repair activities where required.
- Develop and implement district maintenance programmes for structural assets in accordance with approved maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
- Ensure maintenance works comply with technical specifications, engineering standards, and approved procedures.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, maintenance history, and asset condition reports.
- Recommend improvement and rehabilitation work based on inspection findings and asset performance.

- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.

Required Academic Qualification
- Qualification
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.

- Project Management certification or relevant railway/infrastructure maintenance certification is desirable.
- Years of Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in railway and infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience managing maintenance operations for large railway and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance teams and coordinating field operations.
