• Bangalore

Experience :

• The candidate should have minimum 1-4 years sales experience.
• Exposure to distribution business from FMCG, building materials, Telecom sector is preferred.
• Drive Key Retailer activity through BTL.
• Implement system & processes for sales.
• Drive Contractor & Painter activities in network.
• Drive primary & secondary sales through distributor network.
• Candidate should be able to organize training and incentive program for ground team for improving depth & width of distribution.
• Drive sales budgets (Key retailer Budgets) and motivate team.
• Liaise between Head Office support functions to support sales function at field.
