AgeWell is a nutraceutical and wellness ecosystem offering evidence-backed supplements, digital health applications, and a premium wellness living centre. We are expanding our distribution footprint across the country and are looking for a strong sales leader to drive growth.

The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding AgeWell's offline distribution network, building B2B partnerships, and driving field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with strong market understanding and proven experience in FMCG/Nutraceutical distribution.

• Develop and expand the company's distributor, dealer, and retailer network across regions.
• Conduct extensive field sales visits to track market demand and build relationships.
• Drive B2B partnerships with pharmacies, wellness stores, clinics, and retail chains.
• Ensure availability, placement, and visibility of AgeWell products in target markets.
• Develop and achieve monthly sales targets and distribution goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis, price benchmarking, and channel performance reviews.
• Train distributors/retailers on brand positioning and product knowledge.
• Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 35 years of experience in field sales + B2B sales, preferably in nutraceuticals or FMCG.
• Strong network in retail, pharmacy, and wellness distribution channels.
• Excellent negotiation, territory management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple market zones.
