Job Description

Preferred - Candidate must have the experience from paints or Building material segments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage distributor sales and primary sales activities to achieve targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Identify new business opportunities through secondary sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive channel growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in distribution, distributor sales, primary sales, channel sales, or retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of Paint & Building Material Industry dynamics and Consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with retailers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
