Job Description
- Manage and guide a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Support the Distribution Manager in achieving business targets.
- Recruit and onboard new advisors/agents.
- Train the team on insurance products, processes, and sales activities.
- Monitor team performance and daily activity.
- Help advisors generate leads and develop their customer network.
- Conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain relationships with customers and distribution partners.
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with the manager.
- Ensure business is conducted according to company and regulatory guidelines. (No Sales Target)
