Role Overview

We are seeking a Distribution Executive to be Atica's internal liaison for getting hotels live and performing across our B2B distribution channels. This is an execution-focused, detail-heavy role: you own the day-to-day mechanics of channel activation, contract and rate accuracy, and tactical partner communication — working closely with the Distribution Manager, who owns the commercial relationship and strategic direction.

The right candidate is precise, organized, and communicates clearly and professionally with partners on a regular cadence. You catch what others miss — a misloaded rate, an expiring contract clause, a stalled onboarding ticket — before it becomes a partner-facing problem.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Activation & Onboarding

  • Own end-to-end onboarding of hotels onto distribution channels — from ticket creation through signed contracts, legal forms, rate loading, and content setup to go-live.
  • Track every onboarding in progress and ensure activation happens within SLA.
  • Coordinate with pricing, content, and tech teams to unblock activation issues quickly.
  • Act as the connective link between internal teams (Sales & Revenue), channel partners, and hotel clients throughout the onboarding process.

Contract & Rate Review

  • Review partner contracts and loaded rates for accuracy before and after go-live.
  • Flag discrepancies, errors, missing terms, or anything commercially unusual to the Distribution Manager.
  • Maintain a structured, up-to-date log of contract status, renewal dates, and rate audit history per partner.

Partner Communication & Tactical Meetings

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for partners on operational matters — rate issues, content updates, blackout management, reservation discrepancies.
  • Run regular tactical check-ins with partners to review open items, confirm activation status, and keep things on track.
  • Own partner email communication — timely, accurate, and professional.
  • Attend monthly partner performance reviews and drive follow-through on the resulting action items.
  • Escalate anything commercial, relationship-sensitive, or requiring negotiation to the Distribution Manager rather than handling it directly.

Reporting & Salesforce Hygiene

  • Maintain accurate reporting on channel status, activation pipeline, and open issues.
  • Own Salesforce sanity checks — ensure hotel, channel, and contract records are complete and accurate.
  • Build and maintain trackers for channel-level visibility, shared with the Distribution Manager and revenue teams.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Audit live rates, content, and offers for accuracy against contracted terms.
  • Maintain SLA adherence across onboarding, activation, and partner response timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • % of hotels live on channels within SLA
  • Accuracy of contract and rate review (error/discrepancy catch rate)
  • Turnaround time on partner emails and tactical issue resolution
  • Salesforce data accuracy and sanity-check completion
  • Timeliness and completeness of reporting

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in hotel distribution, revenue operations, sales coordination, or a related operational role in hospitality.
  • Sharp attention to detail — contract and rate review requires catching what others miss.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication for regular partner-facing correspondence and meetings.
  • Comfortable working in CRM/reporting tools (Salesforce or similar); process-oriented and organized.
  • Execution-focused — reliable follow-through on tickets, trackers, and recurring partner touchpoints.
  • Willingness to work US night shifts.

Why Join Us

  • Direct, hands-on exposure to how a distribution vertical actually runs — contracts, rates, and live partner relationships.
  • Competitive salary + performance-linked bonus.
  • CTC aligned with experience & market benchmarks.
  • Clear growth path toward Distribution Manager / vertical ownership as the team scales
